    Returns and refunds

    If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size change, refund via store credit within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

    Return Instructions
    To request return authorization, the Customer must activate the return procedure by sending a request to info@indomina.it
    The codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation must be specified in the email: size change, refund via Store Credit.

    Once the return request has been received, GGM GROUP SRL will send the Customer a written confirmation via email.

    The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:

    Size change
    It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment with a different item. Return costs are borne by the customer

    Refund via Store Credit
    Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
    • can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return;
    • cannot be cumulated with other Store Credits;
    • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value;

    The return shipping will be paid by the customer like that of the first order, in case of change of size or store credit.

    The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
    Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

    In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by GGM GROUP SRL , he is required to follow the same instructions given above. GGM GROUP SRL reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

    Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the items show signs of use.

    GGM GROUP SRL reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.


    GGM GROUP SRL will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address WITH CHARGE FOR THE SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENT.
